In a tweet today, he said on this joyful occasion, the people should share happiness with their loved ones as well as do not forget those who are financially weak.
The Prime Minister prayed that this Eid heralds an era of peace, security, development and prosperity for Pakistan and the Islamic world.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb has also felicitated the Muslims on the occasion of Eid ul Fitr.
