Polling for General elections of National Assembly and four Provincial Assemblies is underway and it will continue till 5:00 pm without any break.
Over one hundred and twenty eight million registered voters will cast vote for National Assembly and four Provincial Assemblies.
It is a public holiday today to make it more convenient for the voters to exercise their right to vote in a hassle free environment.
Voters are required to bring their original Computerized National Identity Cards in order to cast the vote. Expired CNIC is also acceptable.
The voters can get detail of vote and polling station by sending CNIC number through SMS at 8300.
The Election Commission has established ninety thousand six hundred seventy five polling stations in all four provinces.
