The Petroleum Institute of Pakistan represents all segments of the petroleum industry, was established in 1963 to promote and coordinate the activities of the oil and gas sector in Pakistan. Currently the Institute consists of 23 Industrial Collective Members and 450 Individual members. اسلام آباد( ) پی آئی پی ایگزیکٹیو لرننگ سینٹرتیل و گیس کی صنعت کی استعداد بڑھانے لئے پر عزم ہے جبکہ ادارے کی طرف سے 2012 سے اب تک 25,000 سے زائد مین آورز میں تربیت فراہم کی جا چکی ہے۔۔ بیشتر پروگرامز بین الاقوامی شہرت یافتہ ماہرین اور اداروں کے تعاون سے پیش کیے جاتے ہیںتربیت مکمل کرنے والے پیشہ ور افراد کو عالمی سطح پر تسلیم شدہ اداروں کی اسناد دی جاتی ہیں ۔تفصیلات کے مطابق پی آئی پی ایگزیکٹو لرننگ سینٹر (ای ایل سی) تیل و گیس کی صنعت کو تکنیکی اور غیر تکنیکی شعبوں میں استعداد بڑھانے کے پروگرامز فراہم کرتا ہے۔ یہ تربیتی پروگرامز جسمانی اور ورچوئل دونوں پلیٹ فارمز کے ذریعے فراہم کیے جاتے ہیں، تاکہ مختلف جغرافیائی اور عملی ماحول میں کام کرنے والے پیشہ ور افراد آسانی سے ان سے فائدہ اٹھا سکیں۔ اس طریقہ کار سے صنعت کو وقت اور لاگت کی نمایاں بچت حاصل ہوتی ہے، جبکہ غیرمعمولی پیشہ ورانہ قدر کا اضافہ بھی ممکن ہوتا ہے۔یہ تربیتی سیشنز مقامی اور بین الاقوامی ماہرین پر مشتمل ایک ممتاز پینل کے ذریعے کروائے جاتے ہیں۔ بیشتر پروگرامز بین الاقوامی شہرت یافتہ ماہرین اور اداروں کے تعاون سے پیش کیے جاتے ہیں، اور انہیں امریکی پٹرولیم انسٹیٹیوٹ (API)، امریکن سوسائٹی آف میکینکل انجینئرز (ASME)، نیشنل ایگزامینیشن بورڈ ان آکیوپیشنل سیفٹی اینڈ ہیلتھ (NEBOSH)، انٹرنیشنل ایسوسی ایشن آف ڈرلنگ کنٹریکٹرز (IADC)، اور انٹرنیشنل ایسوسی ایشن فار کنٹینیونگ ایجوکیشن اینڈ ٹریننگ (IACET, USA) جیسے عالمی سطح پر تسلیم شدہ اداروں کا تعاون حاصل ہے۔ان پروگرامز کے تحت دی جانے والی اسناد عالمی سطح پر تسلیم شدہ ہیں، جو شرکا کی پیشہ ورانہ قابلیت میں نمایاں اضافہ کرتی ہیں۔ 2012 میں قیام سے اب تک، ایگزیکٹو لرننگ سینٹر (ای ایل سی) نے 25,000 سے زائد مین آورز میں تربیت فراہم کی ہے، جس سے اپ اسٹریم، مڈ اسٹریم، اور ڈان اسٹریم شعبوں میں کام کرنے والے تیل و گیس کے پیشہ ور افراد مستفید ہو چکے ہیں۔ یہ پی آئی پی کے پیشہ ورانہ معیار اور استعداد کار بڑھانے کے عزم کا ثبوت ہے۔ایگزیکٹو لرننگ سینٹر اپنے رکن اداروں کی مخصوص عملی اور تزویراتی ضروریات کے مطابق تربیتی پروگرامز تیار کرتا ہے۔ پی آئی پی کا مقصد ایگزیکٹو لرننگ سینٹر کو مزید وسعت دینا ہے، اور صنعت کی بدلتی ضروریات کے مطابق زیادہ وسیع موضوعات کو شامل کرنا ہے۔ تیل و گیس کے شعبے کے ساتھ ساتھ، پی آئی پی دیگر اقتصادی شعبوں میں بھی تربیت اور استعداد کار بڑھانے کی خدمات فراہم کرنے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہے، تاکہ زیادہ سے زیادہ افراد اس کے تجربے سے فائدہ اٹھا سکیں۔پاکستان انسٹیٹیوٹ آف پٹرولیم (پی آئی پی) تیل و گیس کی صنعت کے تمام شعبوں کی نمائندگی کرتا ہے اس ادارے کا قیام 1963 میں عمل میں لایا گیا تاکہ پاکستان میں تیل و گیس کے شعبے کی سرگرمیوں کو فروغ دیا جا سکے اس وقت ادارے میں 23 صنعتی اجتماعی اراکین اور 450 انفرادی اراکین شامل ہیں۔ ادارے کا مقصد پالیسی کی حمایت، استعداد کار میں اضافہ، تحقیق، اشاعت، سیمینارز، ورکشاپس اور قومی و بین الاقوامی کانفرنسز کے ذریعے اپنے اراکین کو فائدہ پہنچاتے ہوئے ملک میں تیل و گیس کے شعبے کی ترقی کو فروغ دینا ہے۔
