India in its unprovoked ceasefire violations deliberately targeted civilians in Jura, Shahkot and Nousehri Sectors.

According to ISPR, Pakistani forces effectively responded to enemy fire, killing nine Indian soldiers and injuring several others. Two Indian bunkers were also destroyed in retaliatory action.

During exchange of fire, one Pakistani soldier and three civilians were martyred while two soldiers and five civilians received injuries.

DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor says targeting innocent civilians by Indian Army is an attempt to justify their false claims of targeting alleged camps.

In a tweet, he said Injured civilians have been evacuated to district hospitals.

Major General Asif Ghafoor said UNMOGIP as well as domestic and foreign media have open access to Azad Kashmir, a liberty not available in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
