Pak-UAE relations getting stronger each passing day: PM

 

The United Arab Emirates’ Minister of State for Foreign Trade Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi called on Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar in Islamabad on Saturday.

The Prime Minister expressed his best wishes for President of United Arab Emirates Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.                        

Speaking on this occasion, the Prime Minister said long-standing brotherly relations between Pakistan and UAE are getting stronger with each passing day.

He said during his recent visit to UAE, many memorandums of understanding were signed between the two countries, which will usher in a new era of Pak-UAE economic partnership.

He said UAE is home to 1.8 million Pakistanis who are contributing towards development, prosperity and economic growth of the two brotherly countries.

Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar said there is a dire need to increase cooperation between the two countries in the fields of aviation and tourism and work on railway connectivity to increase people to people contact.            

The UAE Minister of Foreign Trade expressed determination to further enhance trade relations with Pakistan.
