FM left for London to attend Kashmir Solidarity Day events.

Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi left for London on Sunday morning to attend functions being organized in connection with Kashmir Solidarity Day.

He will also address an international conference on Kashmir in British Parliament tomorrow (Monday).

The Foreign Minister will attend an exhibition being held in Park Lane on Tuesday.

Earlier, Shah Mehmood Qureshi established a telephonic contact with Senior Kashmiri leadership and discussed with them programmes being organized in London.

He said Kashmir is cornerstone of Pakistan’s foreign policy and our stance in this regard is very clear.

The Foreign Minister said on Kashmir Solidarity Day, we will raise strong voice to highlight Indian persecution and brutalities being perpetrated in occupied Kashmir.

He said Pakistan will continue to extend its political, moral and diplomatic support to Kashmiris for their right to self-determination in accordance with UN Security Council resolutions.
