Indian top court scheduled to pronounce verdict in Babri Masjid case today

Indian Supreme Court is scheduled to pronounce its verdict in Babri Masjid case today.

The apex court is likely to pronounce judgement at 10:30 am.

The five-member bench had reserved the judgement on 16th of last month after marathon hearing of 40 days.

On 6 December 1992, a large group of fanatic Hindu activists under the state patronage had demolished the mosque in Ayodhya in an attempt to construct Ram mandir at the site.
